Intex to launch new smartphone with Octa-Core Processor in India

Intex is planning to launch a new phone featuring Media Tek  MT6592 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz. The phone will be running Android 4.2.2 JellyBean out of the box. The company has not revealed the price and launch details yet.

The phone will feature a 6-inch IPS HD display. They said it will have a 13MP camera, 2GB RAM and 16/32 GB internal memory. It will support Dual SIM. The phone will have dual Yamaha 1420. The phone will be 7mm thick and will have WiFI, Bluetooth and FM Radio along with GPS for navigation.

Intex is expecting Rs.1,800 crore in revenue from handset market in India upwards from Rs 425 crore which they pulled last fiscal. They are looking forward to increase their market share in India.
